   ELIGIBILITY: The EA The Sims™ Romantisim Contest (“Contest”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of entry. You agree that the use of the Sponsor’s IP is permitted only for the purpose of creating a Submission in this Contest, and that any use of the Sponsor’s IP (whether in the Submission or otherwise) beyond this scope infringes the rights of the Sponsor and will result in irreparable harm to the Sponsor.

   Entrants agree that during the Entry Period, they shall not make, and shall not permit, any other public use, display or distribution of the Entries, and they shall maintain all rights without encumbrances so that, if Sponsor desires, entrants can assign all rights in and to Entries if selected as a winner.
